2025 was another strong year for Humanitarian Software. We closed the year with 16.5% year-over-year growth — continuing a multi-year trend of 15%+ annual growth — alongside the strong client partnerships we’ve built over nearly 40 years of serving the humanitarian sector. In all that time, we’ve never lost a client.
That growth reflects the trust organizations place in HELM to run their most demanding supply chains, from donor intake to last-mile delivery, with the compliance and accountability their funders require.
What’s ahead in 2026
The year ahead brings a wave of HELM enhancements, including:
