Humanitarian Software is announcing a major overhaul of the HELM user interface — the most significant update to the platform’s look and feel in years.
The overhaul rethinks how users move through HELM, from receiving and warehouse work to reporting and compliance. The aim is to make everyday tasks more intuitive while preserving the depth that humanitarian operations depend on.
Modernizing without disruption
The new interface is being designed to feel familiar to long-time users while welcoming new staff faster. We’re building it carefully, with a full rollout planned for mid-2026.
